Season renewals and subscriptions for our 44th season are now on sale through December 31, 2011 by calling our box office at (408) 792-4111. It's a great gift to give yourself or a friend.
Priority Seating: Subscribers receive guaranteed priority seating and have first chance at the same seats when renewing your subscription.
Additional Ticket Priority: Subscribers can purchase discounted tickets to the Spring Marquee show at the same time they buy a Season Subscription.
Lost Tickets: Only subscribers need not worry about misplacing their tickets! Your seat location is on file. Simply call the Box Office at 408.792.4111 at least 24 hours prior to your performance. Lost ticket replacements for weekend performances need to be completed before 4PM on Friday.
Guaranteed Reservations: Exchange unexpired tickets at no extra charge for another performance of the same production. Only subscribers can exchange tickets for alternate performances at no charge. Tickets may be exchanged by phone, in person, by mail or via fax at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled performance. Exchanges for weekend performances must be completed before 4 pm on Friday. Exchanges are subject to price differential depending on day and time of performances. All exchanges subject to availability. Tickets can only be exchanged into another performance of the same production; unfortunately we are unable to exchange tickets into future productions. By Phone: Only the primary account holder may exchange by phone by calling the Box Office at 408.792.4111 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Missed Performances: Only subscribers may miss their performance and still have an opportunity to see a future performance of the same production. Whenever possible, CMT will reseat subscribers for missed productions. Please be aware that seats are based on availability and may not be comparable to your season seats or available for every production.
