Tickets for Children’s Musical Theater San Jose productions go on sale to the general public approximately one month prior to Opening Night. To check for public on-sale dates check our Tickets Page. Parents of performers typically have a week before the public on sale date to purchase tickets, using a priority code provided at the Parents Meeting. Please note that CMT shows are typically double cast, so if you are coming to see a specific performer, double check which cast you want to see before purchasing tickets.

Ticket sales are subject to handling fees. All tickets include a $1 City of San Jose Theater Restoration Fee. During the run of a show, tickets to any of our onsale upcoming productions may be purchased one hour before curtain at the Montgomery Theater box office, located at 271 S. Market Street in downtown San Jose.

Refund Policy

There are no exchanges or refunds on single ticket orders.  Single tickets ordered will be held at Will Call or delivered electronically. All tickets held for will call will be available for pickup at the Montgomery Theater. Patrons not in their seats at the beginning of the performance, or who leave after the start of the performance will be seated at the discretion of management in available seating or at intermission.
